– Create a Dispatch Ticket -OR- just create notes to put in an already open Dispatch
– Create a NOC Ticket to deprovision networking in Sonar if XSM uninstall doesn’t require a scheduled appointment
– Create a Finance Department Ticket & slack notice when paper refund is needing to be processed.
